Roles & Responsibilities: - Data processing with excellent communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking to independently resolve issues efficiently. - Proficiency in verbal and written communication, interpretation, and active listening. - Ability to quickly assimilate process knowledge. - Effective probing, analyzing skills, and multitasking capabilities. - Comfortable with working from the office and night shifts. - Proactive approach and respect for clients. - Good time management to ensure client interactions add value.
