As an Assistant Client Relationship Manager (ACRM) at Corefit, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing content plans, managing client relationships, and analyzing campaign performance to drive data-driven insights for continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment of strategies, as well as maintaining client satisfaction through effective communication and feedback mechanisms. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for seamless interaction with clients and internal teams. This is a full-time on-site position based in the Nzalae/Nzawa locations. Therefore, your presence in these areas will be required to fulfill the responsibilities effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is necessary for this role. Prior experience in the fitness industry would be advantageous but not mandatory.
