3D Visualizer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop 

    high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs

     for industrial projects.
  • Translate architectural drawings, sketches, and concepts into 

    realistic visualizations

    .
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine design options.
  • Create both 

    exterior and interior visualizations

    , focusing on materiality, lighting, and environmental context.
  • Deliver 

    quick design iterations

     as well as final presentation-ready visuals.
  • Manage rendering timelines to ensure 

    on-time project delivery

    .

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma in 

    Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design

    , or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a 

    3D Visualizer

     (industrial or architectural projects preferred).
  • Proficiency in 

    SketchUp Pro

     and either 

    Lumion or V-Ray

     (experience in both is a plus).
  • Strong skills in 

    modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering workflows

    .
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects with complex industrial design elements.
  • Familiarity with 

    AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop

    , or other architectural software is an advantage.
  • Strong eye for 

    detail, composition, and spatial understanding

    .
