?Strong understanding of GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
?Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with packaging/processing machinery.
Basic computer and data recording skills.
?Strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
?Report any illness or health concern immediately to the supervisor before starting work.
?Follow the assigned daily work schedule and production plan.
?Set up machines at the beginning of each shift to ensure they are in proper working order.
?Calibrate machinery and adjust settings according to product specifications and size.
?Configure parameters such as speed, air flow, nitrogen, and temperature.
?Ensure machine performance is optimal by monitoring parameters throughout the shift.
