System Administrator

1.Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, Laptops, servers, network & surveillance.

2. Install and upgrade computer components to latest, software, windows & Linux operating systems, servers & network equipment's.

3. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.

4. Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.

5. Configuring and maintaining Manage Engine, Sophos firewall, ADS control, AWS & Azure administration.

6. Local & Network Printer configurations.

7. Configuring and maintaining IP Cameras.

8. Cloud Management, MS azure & Integration

9. Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks

10. Maintaining and administering computer networks & New technology exploration
