About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and energetic TikTok Content & Shop Manager to grow our brand’s presence on TikTok. You’ll plan and create viral content, manage our TikTok Shop, run ads, and work with influencers to boost sales and engagement.
Training will be provided — freshers with strong communication and creative skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok strategies to grow followers, engagement, and sales.
• Create and manage short-form videos based on current TikTok trends.
• Handle TikTok Shop listings, campaigns, and live sessions.
• Run TikTok Ads and collaborate with influencers for promotions.
• Analyze account performance and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with marketing and e-commerce teams for smooth campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred).
• Passion for TikTok and social media trends.
• Good communication skills and creativity.
• Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Freshers with enthusiasm and willingness to learn are welcome.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
