Tikona is worst isp i have ever used. They are just interested to sell new connections but not providing customer service of any kind i.e. if you face slow speed, no network etc. They don't have anyone responding their technical customer care number and email but for new connections they have always full staff.

Worst experience i am calling and mailing for disconnection noone replying they take 6000 extra money and said after disconnection money will refund still i am waiting last 15 days they are not picking call and not replying i will go in consumer court againt tikona dont use this provider
