The customer care services aren't good even though it's a paid call. I had put a relocation request on 16th August and the same was completed on 16th September. When you talk to customer executive they say something else and people calling from tikona tell something else.

Never buy Tikona plan's in Ahmedabad, after plan completion they send you a bill and threaten with legal action, moreover nobody hears your complaint on service center and the complaint is never solved regarding speed issues inspite of repeated reminders.
