Job Title: TIG Welder
Location: Project Site / Fabrication Yard
Employment Type: Contract / Project-based
Job Summary:
Perform Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding on precision components, piping, and structural members, ensuring high-quality weld joints as per engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Carry out TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials using specified procedures.
· Prepare materials by cleaning and positioning for welding.
· Conduct inspection tests and identify defects requiring repair.
· Maintain TIG welding equipment and consumables.
· Comply with site safety standards and training instructions.
Qualifications & Experience:
· ITI / Diploma in Welding or related field.
· Minimum 2+ years experience specifically in TIG welding on industrial projects.
· Ability to work with precision and fine welding requirements.
Skills & Attributes:
· Strong hand-eye coordination and concentration.
· Ability to work with complex fabrication drawings.
