Ticketing Staff-Trainee

As a Travel Consultant, your role involves consulting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets in order to provide personalized travel recommendations. You will be responsible for booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and activities, and managing itineraries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Consulting with clients to listen to their needs, preferences, and budgets - Booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and activities - Maintaining industry knowledge to provide informed recommendations and stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and travel destinations - Problem-solving by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues during trips, and managing necessary changes to travel plans - Cross-selling and up-selling travel products and services to clients - Providing excellent customer service to build strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business - Ensuring compliance with travel industry regulations and company policies - Maintaining accurate client and booking records, and providing regular reports to management - Promoting travel products and services through marketing and participating in promotional activities - Generating sales by proactively promoting travel packages, flights, hotels, and other services to meet or exceed sales targets Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of travel booking systems and industry regulations - Sales and customer service experience is a plus The company values performance and offers a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus.
