About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Air Ticketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissues, and refunds using GDS platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Manage international and domestic flight bookings for customers.
• Issue and reissue tickets, process refunds and exchanges accurately via GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre).
• Provide up-to-date information on flight schedules, availability, and airline policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet clients’ travel needs.
• Stay current with airline pricing, promotions, and policy changes.
• Assist with special requests such as seat preferences and baggage details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience handling ticketing, reissues, and refunds independently.
• Strong hands-on experience with Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre GDS platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passion for the travel and airline industry.
