About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Air Ticketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissues, and refunds using GDS platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage international and domestic flight bookings for customers. Issue and reissue tickets, process refunds and exchanges accurately via GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre). Provide up-to-date information on flight schedules, availability, and airline policies. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Collaborate with other team members to meet clients’ travel needs. Stay current with airline pricing, promotions, and policy changes. Assist with special requests such as seat preferences and baggage details. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience handling ticketing, reissues, and refunds independently. Strong hands-on experience with Galileo, Amadeus, and Sabre GDS platforms. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Passion for the travel and airline industry.
