Job Description: We are currently seeking a Ticketing Executive/Ground Staff to join our team on an immediate basis. As a Ticketing Executive/Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth travel experience for our clients. You will be working closely with our travel agents, airlines, and other travel partners to book and manage flight tickets, handle customer inquiries, and assist with any other travel-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Book and manage flight tickets for customers using our online booking systems and other platforms
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and travel policies
  • Assist with visa and passport applications and other travel-related documents
  • Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure timely and efficient travel arrangements for customers
  • Handle any issues or complaints from customers and provide timely resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and other important data
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest travel regulations and policies to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote travel packages and services to potential customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive reviews Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in travel and tourism or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office and other travel-related software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and other local languages
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
