We're looking for a dynamic Ticketing Executive to join our team and help us make travel stress-free for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets for domestic and international routes
• Handle fare calculations, refunds, and travel insurance queries
• Communicate directly with clients to confirm travel arrangements and resolve ticketing-related inquiries
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain records of all ticketing transactions
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for schedule changes or special requests
• Stay up to date with airline policies, travel regulations, and visa requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in ticketing (1–3 years preferred)
• Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) Preferrable
• Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing processes, and travel documentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
