Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to join our team in Lower Parel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in travel reservations and ticketing, with hands-on experience using GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings, cancellations, and reissues
• Use GDS systems for air ticket reservations and fare calculations
• Provide clients with accurate travel information and itineraries
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve ticketing issues efficiently
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with client requirements and company policy
• Coordinate with airlines and vendors to resolve scheduling or fare-related issues
• Maintain updated knowledge of airline rules, policies, and promotional fares

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in air ticketing and travel booking
• Proficiency in GDS software (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
