Job Title: Ticketing Executive Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2 – 4 Years Gender: Open to All Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month Qualification Required: Bachelor’s Degree (any stream) Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to join our team in Lower Parel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in travel reservations and ticketing, with hands-on experience using GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre. Responsibilities: Handle domestic and international flight bookings, cancellations, and reissues Use GDS systems for air ticket reservations and fare calculations Provide clients with accurate travel information and itineraries Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve ticketing issues efficiently Ensure all travel arrangements comply with client requirements and company policy Coordinate with airlines and vendors to resolve scheduling or fare-related issues Maintain updated knowledge of airline rules, policies, and promotional fares Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline 2–4 years of experience in air ticketing and travel booking Proficiency in GDS software (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
