Manages the sale, distribution, and customer support related to tickets for various entities . Handle bookings, issue tickets, manage reservations and provide information about schedules, fares, and policies, responsibility includes customer service, maintaining accurate records, and resolving ticketing related issues. Assisting customers with changes, cancellations, and refunds according to company policies. Providing accurate fare calculations for complex itineraries. Processing payments and verifying transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively. Resolving customer issues and ticketing discrepancies efficiently. Requirements and skills:- Must be a graduate in any stream; preferably travel, tourism, business or relevant field. 1-2years of work experiance as a ticketing executive. Excellent knowledge of travelling software. Proficiency in english should be there. Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
