Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to join our team at Juzgo Holidays. The ideal candidate must hold an IATA certification and have strong knowledge of international and domestic ticketing, fare calculations, and reservation systems. You will be responsible for handling flight bookings, cancellations, reissuances, and providing exceptional travel solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle air ticket reservations, issuance, reissuance, and cancellations for domestic and international sectors.
• Work efficiently on GDS/CRS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
• Ensure accurate fare construction, ticketing rules, and refund processing as per airline policies.
• Maintain strong knowledge of airline schedules, rules, and travel regulations.
• Provide best fare options and cost-effective travel solutions to customers.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for smooth operations and customer service.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports of ticketing transactions.
• Assist the sales and operations team with travel-related queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• IATA Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ticketing IATA Certificate is mandatory.
• Proficiency in airline reservation systems (GDS/CRS).
• Strong knowledge of fare rules, refunds, and reissuance procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with problem-solving attitude.
