Job Description: Utilize GDS software (Galileo/Amadeus) to handle air ticketing for both international and domestic travel. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing personalized service. Coordinate and book flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements according to client preferences and budgetary constraints. Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and negotiate favorable rates with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers. Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to travel bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the finance department to manage billing, invoicing, and financial reporting for corporate travel accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the best possible service for clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, or a related field. Proven experience in corporate travel management, with a strong focus on air ticketing using GDS software (Galileo/Amadeus). In-depth knowledge of international and domestic travel booking processes, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle corporate clients' travel needs with professionalism and efficiency. Proficient in using travel-related technology and online booking platforms. Proficiency in MS Office suite and travel management software. Knowledge of travel industry regulations, including airline policies, travel advisories, and safety protocols. Ability to adapt to changing travel trends and technologies.
