Ticketing Executive - Domestic

We at Yatribiz Private Limited seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Domestic Travel Executive to manage and coordinate domestic travel arrangements for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and book domestic travel arrangements, including flights, trains, hotels, transportation, and tour packages.

· Handle travel inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and provide appropriate travel options that meet the client's needs and budget.

· Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel experiences.

· Provide itinerary planning, ticketing, and visa (if applicable) assistance for domestic travel.

· Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.

· Assist in resolving travel-related issues such as delays, cancellations, and rebookings.

· Stay up-to-date with domestic travel regulations, destinations, and travel trends.

· Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

· Prepare travel quotations and invoices.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in domestic travel coordination or in a travel agency.

· Proficiency in travel software such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.

· Knowledge of domestic travel routes, destinations, and accommodations.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
