Ticketing and Auditing Executive

Ticketing:

• Handle ticket bookings and reservations: Process and manage bookings for flights, trains, events, or other services.
• Provide customer service: Assist customers with inquiries, offer information on availability, prices, and schedules, and resolve any ticketing-related issues.
• Manage cancellations, changes, and refunds: Process requests for cancellations, changes to bookings, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure accuracy in ticketing transactions: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge: Stay informed about travel schedules, ticketing policies, and relevant regulations.

Auditing:

• Assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the ticketing system, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and identifying areas for improvement.
• The auditor would review ticket data, analyze trends, and evaluate the resolution process. They would also assess the effectiveness of internal controls and communicate findings to management.

Overall Purpose:

• To ensure the ticketing system is functioning effectively and efficiently, meeting the needs of users and the organization.
• To identify and address any issues related to ticket handling, resolution, and compliance.
• To improve the overall ticketing process and user experience.

Requirements:

• Graduate with IATA qualification
• Good communication skills
• Min 4 years of ticketing experience
• Exposure in Galileo / Amadeus / GDS / Sabre
• Experience in solving customer queries within TAT
• Identifying issues and concerns to improve the quality and time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
