Threading Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation
• Set up and operate threading machines (e.g., Landis, CNC Threading, Manual Thread Cutting Machines).
• Adjust machine settings for different thread sizes, depths, and tolerances.
• Load and unload workpieces safely.
• Quality Assurance
• Measure threads using gauges and measuring instruments (thread gauges, calipers, micrometers).
• Check dimensions against drawings and maintain process records.
• Identify and report any deviations or defects immediately.
• Maintenance & Safety
• Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning of machines.
• Ensure proper use of tools, coolant, and safety gear.
• Follow all safety and housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Documentation
• Maintain production and inspection logs.
• Record tool changes, downtime, and shift reports accurately.
• Coordination
• Coordinate with supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance teams.
• Assist in improving machine efficiency and reducing rework.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
