Job Description

As a Third-Party Management Operations role at Capgemini, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will have the opportunity to work closely and directly with the Client and cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to the company's growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring adherence to TPRM policies and procedures across the full lifecycle. - Supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Third Party Business Representatives (TPBRs), and the TPMO team. - Managing risk assessments and determining appropriate relationship records for new service requests. - Driving follow-ups and escalations across various TPRM stages including Inherent Risk Assessments, Due Diligence, Contingency Plans, and Risk Summary approvals. - Performing monthly reconciliations and reporting using Coupa Risk Assess and Coupa Core. To excel in this role, you should have experience in risk management, vendor governance, or third-party oversight. Additionally, familiarity with tools like Coupa Risk Assess, Coupa Core, and ServiceNow will be beneficial.
