Third-party accounting executive

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in accounting roles (Retail/Apparel/FMCG industry preferred)
Jis seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive for its Bangalore office. This role demands a strong background in third-party accounting, especially in managing e-commerce platform reconciliations and vendor coordination. The candidate must be adept at handling day-to-day accounting functions, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Handle Purchase & Purchase Returns by verifying Invoices with Purchase Orders and GRNsRecord and reconcile Sales & Sales ReturnsMaintain accurate Job Work AccountingPerform Bank Reconciliations and ensure ledger accuracyReconcile Payables & Receivables with party ledgersGenerate and reconcile reports for Purchases, Sales, Branch Transfers, and Job WorkCoordinate with warehouses to track and verify invoices vs GRNsPrepare and process vendor paymentsFile and manage GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and TDS returnsEnsure readiness for internal and statutory auditsMANDATORY: Manage third-party accountingReconcile B2C e-commerce sales (Myntra, Flipkart, Limeroad, Amazon, Meesho, etc.)Verify platform commissions, returns, cancellations, and settlementsMatch marketplace reports with internal accountsCollaborate with external vendors, service providers, and ensure GST/TDS complianceRequirements:1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting (Retail, Apparel, FMCG, Hosiery sectors preferred)Hands-on experience in third-party accounting is mandatoryProficiency in accounting software & ERP systemsStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, ledger maintenance, and reconciliationsHigh proficiency in Excel and document handlingAbility to manage multi-channel financial data from e-commerce platformsStrong communication and coordination skills.
