Role Overview

Manager PCS (Private Client Services) Tax

Role & responsibilities

Deliver a full range of
Partnership and Corporate (including S-Corp)
tax services for PCS clients in compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations.
Manage and review tax compliance and advisory work for clients filing
Form 1065, 1120S, and 1120
.
Review supporting work papers and schedules including
K-1, K-2, K-3
, State & Local, and International tax filings.
Maintain and lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters.
Conduct research on technical tax issues and special projects.
Identify tax issues and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate closely with U.S. counterparts using modern digital tools and workflows.
Mentor and train staff and senior associates on technical topics.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of
U.S. Federal and State tax laws
Hands-on experience with
Forms 1065, 1120S, 1120
Exposure to
C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership
taxation
Familiarity with
GoSystem, CCH Axcess, OneSource, ProSystem FX
Excellent analytical, review, and client management skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Experience working with
Private Client Service (PCS)
clients preferred
Certification:
CPA / CA / Enrolled Agent
required
