About the Role: As our Therapy Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for building the core experience of our product. Your north star is ensuring that clients are able to find the right therapist and have a great experience every step of the way. Compensation This is a full-time role with a monthly salary of ₹35,000. Key Responsibilities: Users don’t always know exactly why they’re seeking therapy. Your job is to make them comfortable, listen to their stories, get to the root of what they are looking for and find them the right match. To do this well, you will: Have thoughtful conversations with clients to understand their needs Learn about different therapy modalities to make better matches Track and analyze client feedback to improve our matching process Manage scheduling, payments and ensure smooth client-therapist interactions Maintain records of client-therapist interactions At the end of the day, client feedback and kind messages should make your day! They’re the only metric that truly matters. You are the right fit if you: Have a Master's degree in Psychology (required) Have at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role as a therapist or counsellor Love learning new things & going down new rabbit holes (especially mental health) Believe that great communication is more about listening than talking Have deep empathy for users Have a low ego - you don’t get stuck on proving who is right. Feel excited about creating a great experience that users love (Fresh graduates may not be a fit for this role - we’re specifically looking for those who’ve already worked directly with clients in a therapeutic setting.)
