Therapy Business Manager-GI Prima-Mumbai (Vile Parle -Goregaon)

As a Medical Representative at Abbott, you will play a crucial role in achieving business targets and developing strong relationships with customers. Your main responsibilities will include: - Achieving monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by promoting company products ethically to customers as per the business plan. - Ensuring Doctor/Customer Call average as per the customer management plan of the division. - Organizing Camps (CME) according to the division strategy and customer needs. - Facilitating the successful launch of new products. - Creating and updating customer lists based on therapy and product divisions. - Ensuring iPad adoption and adherence to CLM calls as per division norms. In addition to business generation and development, you will also be responsible for brand management, including conducting prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands, as well as generating POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan. To be successful in this role, you should have a BSc/B.Pharm or any graduate degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative. Candidates with experience in the same therapy, especially from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies, will have an added advantage.
