Job Description

Position Summary:

Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapy sessions (individual, group, or couples) based on the clients needs
Assess client mental health, emotional concerns, and treatment goals
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
Maintain detailed, confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA or local data protection laws
Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, case managers, or social workers when required
Provide crisis intervention support if necessary
Stay current on best practices and participate in continued education or training
Adhere strictly to professional ethics, standards, and legal regulations

Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Valid and active license to practice as a
Therapist

LCSW
,
LMHC
,
MFT
, or equivalent (depending on region)
Minimum 2-4 years of experience providing therapy
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations
Proficient in maintaining confidential client records and documentation
