- Manage daily guest interactions (check-in/out, reservations, inquiries)
- Ensure service standards are maintained in assigned department (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, etc.)
- Handle guest complaints or requests within authority limits
- Maintain records, billing accuracy, and documentation
- Support departmental operations and follow shift rosters
- Communicate effectively with other departments for smooth operations
- Supervise trainee team performance and Guide, Train them
