Ltd.) is a fast-growing farm-to-fork organic food brand delivering pure A2 milk, curd, paneer, ghee, and other preservative-free dairy products directly to families.We focus on purity, hygiene, and sustainability, ensuring every product is safe, fresh, and chemical-free.At THW, we stand by our promise – Purity Delivered Honestly.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a passionate and sincere Junior Production In-Charge to assist in daily operations at our Ahmednagar Dairy Processing Plant.An ideal opportunity for fresh graduates who wish to learn how modern dairy operations function – from milk collection to final packaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily milk processing activities – chilling, pasteurization, and packaging
• Follow plant hygiene, safety, and quality protocols
• Assist in machine operation monitoring and record-keeping
• Support production planning and material handling
• Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams
• Learn to manage manpower and shift operations
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and timely reporting
  

Requirements

Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Dairy Technology / Food Technology / SciencePassionate about dairy and food industry operationsQuick learner with discipline and attention to detailWilling to work in shifts as per scheduleCandidates from Ahilya Nagar preferred
