You will be responsible for the following key areas: - Academic mastery, administrative command, and professional development of yourself and your team - Managing workload and time effectively without compromising teaching-learning quality and productivity - Implementing NEP2020, skills, and competencies in the teaching-learning process - Ensuring academic excellence through the promotion of teaching-learning and progressive pedagogical practices - Developing innovative student-centric pedagogies and implementing them at the ground level in line with NEP2020 & NCF - Aligning yourself with existing progressive pedagogical practices, tools, and technologies - Establishing systems, processes, and policies, and orienting your team for adherence to the same - Promoting independent and team research work - Working closely with the leadership team for monthly reviews and strategic planning - Assisting the team in the department with their professional development Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds, abilities, outlooks, age groups, and nationalities - Ability to withstand physical and mental stress - High energy levels and enthusiasm - Good attitude and aptitude with a growth mindset - Openness to new challenges - Quick learner with professional maturity About Us: SLPS (School Name) has been providing quality education since 1987.
