Key Responsibilities

• Teach Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) to middle and secondary classes as per the school curriculum.
• Prepare engaging lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom activities.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and projects.
• Maintain student academic records and share feedback with parents during PTMs.
• Provide academic support through doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a positive and effective learning environment.
• Participate in school events, training programmes, and co-curricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and academic coordinators for curriculum planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Science with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching methodology.
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage classroom discipline and engage students effectively.
