Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Planning & Delivery:
Plan and deliver effective, engaging lessons to students across a range of age groups and proficiency levels—from beginners to advanced learners.

Language Skill Development:
Develop and implement a curriculum covering grammar, vocabulary, syntax, pronunciation, and comprehension, tailored to the learning needs and capabilities of the students.

Assessment & Feedback:
Prepare question papers, evaluate assignments, and provide timely, constructive feedback to support continuous student improvement.

Conversational Skills:
Encourage students to use Sanskrit in conversational settings to build fluency and confidence.

Extracurricular Involvement:
Organize and actively participate in school’s extracurricular and cultural activities related to Sanskrit and Hindi.

Technology Integration:
Incorporate modern teaching tools, digital resources, and educational software to enhance the classroom learning experience.

Project-Based Learning:
Motivate and guide students, especially advanced learners, in undertaking research or projects related to Sanskrit linguistics, literature, or Indian culture.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Sanskrit & Hindi (MA)
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) – Mandatory

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience in CBSE curriculum for classes 6 to 10.
• Prior experience in a CBSE-affiliated school setting is preferred.
• Publications (poems, stories, articles) or participation in Hindi/Sanskrit workshops and seminars will be considered an added advantage.

Skills:

• Proficiency in lesson planning, student engagement strategies, and classroom management.
• Strong understanding of foundational computer skills and safe use of educational technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and Sanskrit.
• A student-centered approach with commitment to inclusivity, growth mindset, and holistic development.
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners through innovative and culturally rich pedagogy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
