Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials for commerce subjects, ensuring alignment with CBSE curriculum standards, educational objectives, and diverse student learning needs. Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging, interactive, and well-structured lessons, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to facilitate understanding of core commerce concepts including accounting, business studies, and economics. Student Assessment: Create and administer a range of formative and summative assessments such as tests, quizzes, projects, and assignments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for academic improvement. Individualized Student Support: Offer tailored guidance and academic support to accommodate students' varied learning styles, abilities, and needs, promoting inclusive learning outcomes. Classroom Management: Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment. Set clear behavioral expectations, enforce discipline when necessary, and encourage collaboration and mutual respect among students. Parent Communication: Maintain consistent and transparent communication with parents/guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and overall development through regular meetings and progress reports. Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional growth by staying updated with the latest trends in commerce education, pedagogical strategies, and assessment methodologies. Extracurricular Engagement: Actively involve students in extracurricular commerce-related initiatives, including business clubs, entrepreneurship contests, financial literacy sessions, and educational field trips to businesses and financial institutions. Qualifications: Academic: M.Com (Master of Commerce) with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience in CBSE-affiliated schools Skills: Strong command of accounting principles and commerce fundamentals Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Demonstrated commitment to student-centered learning and continuous improvement Adaptability, professionalism, and a growth-oriented mindset Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
