Key Responsibilities Curriculum Planning & Delivery : Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum standards, ensuring comprehensive coverage of Physics topics. Laboratory Management : Conduct and supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are followed and concepts are effectively demonstrated. Student Assessment : Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Individualized Support : Identify students' learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly to cater to diverse learning styles. Classroom Management : Maintain a disciplined and positive classroom environment that promotes respect and active learning. Parental Engagement : Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and participate in parent-teacher meetings. Professional Development : Attend workshops and training sessions to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and subject knowledge. Qualifications Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field. Teaching Certification : Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching certification. Experience : Proven experience in teaching Physics at the secondary school level is preferred.
