Key Responsibilities:
Academic Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum for Grades 5 to 10
Maintain academic records, assess student progress, and share feedback
Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and remedial classes as needed
Participate in curriculum planning and contribute to academic innovation
Support co-curricular activities and school events
Residential School Oversight:
Actively monitor and engage with students beyond classroom hours when needed
Ensure discipline, safety, and emotional well-being of students in the residential
environment
Collaborate with the school leadership team for student behavior management and
mentoring
Be available for occasional night/weekend responsibilities as per the residential school
schedule
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with other faculty members and the Principal for curriculum alignment and
planning
Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and ongoing training
Maintain open communication with hostel staff, parents (where required), and school
management
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong subject knowledge and command over content delivery
Passionate about rural education and child development
Comfortable working in a semi-rural, residential school setup
Adaptable, team-oriented, and sensitive to the needs of adolescent girls
Knowledge of local languages (Bengali/Hindi) will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
