Job Description:

Delhi Scholars International School, Greater Faridabad, affiliated with CBSE, is looking for a passionate and qualified TGT Hindi Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Hindi language, literature, and grammar, with the ability to inspire students to develop strong communication and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi to students of Classes VI–X as per the CBSE curriculum and NCERT guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that support learning outcomes.
• Encourage students to appreciate Hindi literature, culture, and language fluency.
• Conduct speaking, reading, and writing activities to improve language proficiency.
• Evaluate and record student progress through regular assessments and feedback.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment.
• Prepare students for school examinations, literary competitions, and cultural events.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and school functions.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi or related discipline.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized university (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school (preferred).
• Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and pedagogy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Hindi or Education.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital learning tools.
• Experience in preparing students for Hindi recitation, debates, and essay competitions.
