Role Summary: Crimson World School, Agra is seeking a passionate and experienced TGT English Teacher to deliver high-quality English language instruction. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop strong communication, reading, writing, and analytical skills through engaging and creative teaching methods aligned with CBSE standards. Key Responsibilities: Deliver English lessons effectively as per CBSE curriculum guidelines. Promote reading habits, grammar proficiency, and vocabulary enhancement. Create lesson plans, assessments, and activities that foster critical thinking. Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback. Maintain a positive classroom environment that supports learning and discipline. Encourage participation in literary activities, debates, and competitions. Collaborate with other faculty to plan and integrate cross-curricular content. Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic performance and development. Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or related field. B.Ed. is mandatory. Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience teaching English at the middle school level, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school. Skills: Strong subject knowledge and communication skills. Ability to make language learning interactive and student-centric. Classroom management and lesson planning abilities. Passion for teaching and continuous professional development.
