Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans for students in middle and secondary grades.
• Foster a stimulating, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and intellectual curiosity.
• Teach English language and literature, focusing on grammar, composition, comprehension, and critical analysis of texts.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through a variety of methods, providing constructive feedback.
• Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate actively in school events, departmental meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Contribute to the school's holistic development programs and co-curricular activities.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in English (B.A.) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a TGT English teacher in a reputed CBSE/ICSE school.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• A passion for teaching and a strong understanding of child psychology and modern pedagogical techniques.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use technology as an effective teaching tool.
