Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – English

Location : Shraddha Group of Schools – Padur Branch

Reporting To: Principal

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in English (B.A. English)
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) – Mandatory
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at middle / secondary level (CBSE preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English for Classes VI to X as per CBSE curriculum
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and maintain academic records
• Prepare students for internal exams and board-oriented assessments
• Integrate grammar, literature, and language skills effectively
• Use innovative teaching strategies, activities, and ICT tools
• Provide remedial support and enrichment activities where required
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school events
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
• Follow school policies, CBSE norms, and academic calendars

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
