This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The right candidate will possess a strong command of the English language and demonstrate an ability to engage students effectively in both English and Social Science subjects. Qualifications and Skills Possess a Bachelor's degree in English or Education with a specialization in English and Social Sciences. Have relevant teaching certification or credentials for teaching at the secondary school level. Demonstrate previous experience as an English or Social Science teacher in a reputed educational institution. Proficient in developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Required skills include expertise in English Faculty, TGT English, and PGT English methodologies. Must have the ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic success in a supportive environment. Possess a strong understanding of curriculum guidelines and assessment methods in English and Social Sciences. Roles and Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in English and Social Sciences. Develop lesson plans and examinations that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives. Assess student progress and provide feedback through regular testing and consultations with students and parents. Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops. Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student performance, attendance, and other regulatory requirements.
