About the Role

We are an international apparel and workwear company expanding our operations in India. We are looking for an experienced professional who can source fabrics, trims & accessories and also manage garment manufacturing unitsto ensure quality and timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Source fabrics (woven, knits, technical fabrics) and garment accessories from mills & suppliers across India.
• Negotiate prices, lead times, and MOQs with vendors.
• Oversee manufacturing plants / liaise with factories to ensure on-time production.
• Prepare costings, consumption sheets, and ensure order accuracy.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and shipment deadlines.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years’ experience in textile sourcing / garment manufacturing.
• Strong network of mills, trim suppliers, and factories in India.
• Good knowledge of workwear, fashion, or promotional textiles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Based in India with willingness to travel across manufacturing hubs.
