We are looking for an experienced professional who can source fabrics, trims & accessories and also manage garment manufacturing units to ensure quality and timely shipments. Key Responsibilities Source fabrics (woven, knits, technical fabrics) and garment accessories from mills & suppliers across India. Negotiate prices, lead times, and MOQs with vendors. Oversee manufacturing plants / liaise with factories to ensure on-time production. Prepare costings, consumption sheets, and ensure order accuracy. Monitor quality, compliance, and shipment deadlines. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners. Candidate Profile 5+ years’ experience in textile sourcing / garment manufacturing. Strong network of mills, trim suppliers, and factories in India. Good knowledge of workwear, fashion, or promotional textiles. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Based in India with willingness to travel across manufacturing hubs.
