Textile Production Manager

As a Textile Production Manager in Jaipur with 5-10 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be supervising day-to-day textile production processes including printing, dyeing, stitching, and finishing. You will ensure timely order execution based on buyer specifications and delivery deadlines. Monitoring fabric inventory, material planning, and manpower allocation will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaboration with design, quality control, sampling, and purchase teams will be essential to coordinate various production activities. Implementing and enforcing quality control standards and production guidelines will be imperative to maintain high-quality output. You will troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and wastage, while also maintaining production documentation such as daily reports, MIS, and order tracking. Team management, shift scheduling, and conducting performance reviews will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to liaise with vendors, printing units, and external job workers, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires your presence at the work location in person.,
