Job Title: Industrial Engineer – Textile Division

Location: Thiruvali, Malappuram

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Industrial Engineer (IE) to join our textile division. The role focuses on improving production efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness in garment manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct method studies, time studies, and line balancing activities.
• Optimize the use of manpower, machines, and materials to reduce wastage.
• Plan and design factory layouts for smooth workflow and better space utilization.
• Monitor production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to productivity, performance, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a garment or textile manufacturing setup.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of time study, method study, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and production data analysis.

Languages:

• Proficiency in English and Malayalam preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
