Role Overview: As a Testing - WAM Functional - Senior at EY, you will be responsible for leading a project team and monitoring all project activities related to Asset Management and Middle Office functional modules within TCS Bancs application. Your role will involve conducting functional testing, validating trade processing workflows, portfolio valuations, lifecycle events, reconciliations, and collateral management processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, document test results, raise defects, and ensure compliance with testing strategies and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a project team and monitor all project activities from scratch. - Perform functional testing for Asset Management and Middle Office modules within TCS Bancs. - Validate trade processing workflows, including matching and confirmation. - Test portfolio valuations, calculations, and ensure accurate period closures. - Verify lifecycle events for various instruments such as equities, derivatives, and alternative investments. - Conduct reconciliation testing for IBOR and ABOR. - Validate collateral management processes, including securities lending. - Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure functional accuracy and compliance. - Document test results, raise defects, and track resolution. - Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor staff resources. - Participate and lead status calls, Scrum calls, and client meetings. - Develop and maintain robust testing strategies and processes. - Prepare test planning, estimation, test strategy, requirement gathering/analysis, and execute test cases. - Utilize test management tools like JIRA & ALM and have basic knowledge of test automation tools. - Communicate effectively and articulate concisely & clearly. - Define, monitor, and report on SLAs to ensure services meet performance standards. - Manage resources effectively for on-time delivery of products. - Maintain detailed records of test results and relay them clearly to stakeholders. - Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to software quality. - Review application designs, requirements, and specifications to create comprehensive test plans and cases. - Meet performance objectives and metrics set locally. Qualifications Required: - Mandatory: TCS Bancs application experience. - Strong knowledge of Asset Management and Middle Office functional modules. - 5-8 years of testing experience in Banking & Wealth Management platforms. - Basic experience in any automation tools (Selenium, UFT, Protractor). - Knowledge of financial instruments and market operations. - Experience in functional testing methodologies and tools. - Ability to work in an Agile environment. - BE / BTech / MCA / M.Sc. degree.
