Role: Test Manager with Lending Domain Experience: 12 + Years Location: Mumbai(Goregaon) - WFO Working experience must be in the Banking Domain At least 10+ Years --- Min 5 Years of Exp in lead role 2 Years Exp in Manager role (optional) Should have a complete Lending Knowledge (LMS, LIMITS, COLLATERALLS, Mortage, Collect, Loan Origination) Very expertise in Bug Tracking and Project Management: JIRA and Confluence Extensive experience: in Postman or Jmeter or Any API Tool. Very good Experience and Knowledge of API and DB Testing. Decent knowledge of DevOps CI/CD Process. Deep Knowledge in Testing concepts and SDLC & STLC Exhaustive Knowledge in Agile Methodology and SCRUM. Ability to handle the 10+ members of the team and Test Leads Able to Drive the Automation framework Team and Automation process. Strong Knowledge of Communication to handle customer and Management calls & meetings. Strong collaboration between the development and service delivery teams is needed to deliver the project. Write structured test plans, specifications, and test strategies, Also, plan test cycles, timelines, and resource allocation for each test cycle. Collaborate with project BAs(SME) and ensure requirements/user stories are clearly understood Maintain and communicate Testing metrics to stakeholders via status/metrics reports
