Job Summary
We are looking for an Outward Quality Controller / Testing Engineer responsible for ensuring that all outgoing electrical/transformer products meet required quality and performance standards before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform final testing and inspection of transformers and electrical products before dispatch.
· Review testing results and ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
· Identify faults, document defects, and coordinate with the production team for corrective action.
· Maintain testing reports, quality documentation, and outgoing inspection records.
· Ensure adherence to safety standards and testing procedures.
· Assist in continuous improvement of testing methods and quality processes.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of transformer testing parameters and electrical standards.
· Familiar with testing instruments and quality auditing.
· Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to create and maintain accurate testing documentation.
· Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
· B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
· +1 year of experience in transformer or electrical product testing and quality control.
