About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Testing Associate. The role involves working across all stages of our production cycle, including research, testing, and evaluation.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, innovative, and capable of providing technical solutions while effectively communicating ideas with both clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Wear Tests on materials.
• Perform Tensile Tests for strength evaluation.
• Operate and analyze samples using an Optical Microscope.
• Handle client calls and provide clear technical updates.

Qualifications

• Diploma (relevant field) or B.Sc. in Chemistry.
• Freshers or candidates with prior testing/QA experience are welcome.
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication abilities (verbal & written).
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Traning period 3 to 6 month salary 12k and that we will revise with better salary
