Testing and Deployment

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Solution Development

  : Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the

  Salesforce Platform

  using

  LWC, Apex

  , and

  Experience Cloud

  . This includes developing and maintaining custom applications, components, and integrations.

• Platform Customization

  : Customize and configure the

  Salesforce Platform

  by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows. Implement and optimize

  Salesforce Sales Cloud

  and

  Service Cloud

  features.

• Integration

  : Design and implement integrations between

  Salesforce

  and other systems using

  APIs

  and middleware. Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues that arise.

• Testing & Deployment

  : Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions. Deploy changes to production environments following established change management processes.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements. Participate in

  Agile

  development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Skills Required

• A minimum of 4+ years of proven experience as a

  Salesforce Developer

  , with a focus on

  Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, LWC

  , and

  Apex

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce architecture

  , data model, and security model.
• Proficiency in

  Apex, JavaScript

  , and

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  .
• Experience with

  Salesforce integration tools

  and techniques, such as

  REST/SOAP APIs

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATION:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I

  and

  Salesforce Experience Cloud

  certifications are required.

  Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant

  certification is a plus.
