Tester / QA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Tester / QA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for verifying and validating features within each sprint, helping to deliver bug-free and timely releases. Prior fintech experience will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and validate developed features against requirements and user stories.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to maintain high-quality standards.
• Maintain and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to align QA activities with delivery goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in software testing or QA roles.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Ability to write and maintain clear, detailed test cases.
• Knowledge of basic SQL for database validation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Prior work experience in a fintech company.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Understanding of performance and security testing practices.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Newman).
